The team behind Pub Life Kitchen, Sydney’s favourite pub food and iconic burgers, has opened their second venue. Located at the Ruby L’otel in Rozelle, PLK Rozelle is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
PLK owner Jovan Curic champions ‘the return of pub food’. The classic bistro menu features Braised Beef Cheeks with truffled potato purée and Serrano ham; Pie of the Day with house pastry, peas and gravy; Pumpkin & Walnut Tortellini with sage and burnt butter, Chargrilled Pasture Fed Sirloin Steak with smashed potatoes and horseradish butter, and more.
Burger-lovers fear not. Curic, Sydney’s original burger king, brings three burgers to the Rozelle menu; The O.G, The Bird and The Don Ruby.
